Do you need planning permission?
Many single-storey rear extensions fall under Permitted Development Rights and do not require full planning permission. However, size limits, listed building status, conservation areas and Article 4 directions all affect what you can build. As part of our initial consultation we advise on planning routes, prepare drawings and submit the application on your behalf.
How much does an extension cost in Redditch?
