Small housing developments
We work with local developers on schemes of two to twenty units across the West Midlands. Because every trade is in-house we can maintain consistent quality across all plots and avoid the finishing variations that come from swapping in different sub-contractors on each unit.
What’s included in a new-build contract
- Site survey, ground investigation and utilities scoping
- Full architectural design and planning application
- Structural engineering and Building Regulations approval

- Structural warranty (typically 10 years)
How long does a new build take?
A typical 4-bed detached family home built in the West Midlands takes around nine to twelve months from ground-break to handover. Weather, planning conditions and utility connections all influence the programme, and we set realistic expectations in the fixed-price quote you receive up front.
