Every trade under one contract
What sets CK Construction apart is that we keep every trade in-house. Groundworkers, bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, plasterers and decorators are all part of our own team. You get one contract, one dedicated project manager and one weekly update, from the day the site is set out to the day you get the keys.
This approach removes the two biggest sources of delay on most builds: sub-contractor scheduling clashes and finger-pointing between trades when something goes wrong. When it’s all our team, it’s all our responsibility.
